Exchange & Returns Policy

At Shubhmala, we want you to love what you buy. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent 7-day return and exchange policy.

Return & Exchange Window

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Beyond 7 days, we will be unable to accept any return or exchange requests.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

All tags, labels, pouches, certificates (if any), and invoices must be included.

Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Charges

Please note:

  • Shipping Charges cash-on-delivery fees, taxes, and payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will only be processed for the product amount (excluding the above).

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at hello@shubhmala.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Mention your Order ID, the reason for return/exchange, and attach images of the product (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, our team will arrange for pickup/exchange

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds (if approved) will be initiated within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
